The resurgence of images from memory predominate my work. The personal histories and daily experiences form the bulk of my thoughts and ideas; and the recurrence of images from memory make their way into the present. Time connects, coexist and it is definitely not linear. My work presents these subtle motifs, as well as, elements that help the observer to be guided through a fragmented narrative. I question mortality and what happens to memory when a person dies. How can I capture this in film, or are we somehow connected, suspended and trapped in a web of time. In my work, the expectation is that the viewer enters into a sensorial experience, and be invited to make their own narratives, which can be product of their personal histories.
